Health Guarantee

All studs have had full health checks prior to semen collection leaving the seller.

Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of any faults, diseases, viruses, disorders, or any other dysfunctions or abnormalities that occur in puppies born of the seller's studs' semen nor that occur in a female dog after or during insemination, pregnancy, or point of conception.

The female dog must be in good health and of appropriate age before using the seller's stud(s).
Buyer's Agreement

Buyer is fully aware and understands that no refunds will be given for any reason.​

Buyer is fully aware and understands that insemination may not be effective 100% of the time.​

If the Buyer's female dog does not get pregnant after the first insemination, the Seller will send them one more stud collection at no cost, ONLY if the Buyer provides proof of the Seller's choice. The Buyer understands that they will have to pay full price for the service again if it their female dogs doesn't get pregnant the second time.​

Buyer understands that the Seller is in no way responsible for the upbringing of puppies born of the Seller's stud(s) nor are they responsible for the female dog who used the Seller's service.​
